LYAwears Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every LYAwears piece. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our updated return and exchange guidelines below.

Store Credit & Refunds

  • Store credit will be issued for all returns that meet our conditions.

  • Only Pre-Order items canceled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

  • All other eligible returns will be processed as store credit.

Submitting a Return Request

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to country availability.

  • All returns must be submitted through our designated return system to be accepted and processed correctly.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damage.

  • A photo of the SKU label located on the original polybag packaging.

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement in the same size and color as your original order.
Please note:

  • Reports made after the 5-day window, or without required images, will not be eligible for replacement.

Return Conditions & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, free of stains, wear, or excessive use.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit once your item is received and inspected.

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

  • You must use the return label generated through our system. Returns sent without our official label may not be accepted.

  • All return labels must be used within 7 days of being issued.

Store Credit Processing

  • Store credit will be issued within 1 week of receiving your returned items at our warehouse.

Shipping & Processing

  • All LYAwears orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase.

  • Orders are shipped within 48 business hours to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
