LYAwears Ambassador Program Policy

Welcome to the LYAwears Ambassador Program! We're excited to invite you to represent a brand rooted in confidence, comfort, and empowerment. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern your participation in the LYAwears Ambassador Program (the “Program”).

By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and to promote LYAwears products—especially our signature pieces, such as our best-selling shapewear and comfort apparel—with authenticity and in alignment with our brand values.

1. Eligibility

To join the LYAwears Ambassador Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Maintain an active and public social media presence that reflects LYAwears’ mission
Promote LYAwears in a manner that aligns with our core values of body positivity, inclusivity, and empowerment

2. Ambassador Expectations

As a LYAwears Ambassador, you agree to:

Represent the brand honestly and in your own authentic voice
Share genuine feedback and use your personal referral code or link responsibly
Follow all FTC guidelines for influencer marketing (e.g., proper disclosure using #ad, #ambassador, etc.)
Refrain from false claims, offensive content, hate speech, or any conduct that may harm LYAwears’ brand reputation

3. Compensation & Commissions

Ambassadors may earn commissions on qualifying sales made via their unique referral link or code
Full commission structure, payout timeline, and performance tracking details will be shared upon acceptance into the Program
LYAwears reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions in cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity

4. Use of LYAwears Content & Materials

You may use brand-approved content or create your own branded content, as long as it positively represents LYAwears
LYAwears may repost, share, or feature your content on its website, social media, or marketing platforms, with appropriate credit

5. Termination of Participation

LYAwears reserves the right to terminate your Ambassador account at any time if you:

Breach these Terms
Participate in conduct that is deemed harmful to the brand online or offline
Violate U.S. advertising laws, FTC guidelines, or intellectual property rights

Termination results in revoked access to the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

6. Policy Updates

We may update or revise this Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued participation after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
